I understand that I will be held liable for the amount of the nonrefundable deposit and/or 70% of all reported deposits of prospective clients who have submitted contracts to the applicant in the event that the contracts are damaged, lost, or stolen.

I understand that for my services I will be compensated 4% of the total funds raised from sales account receivables valued USD$1,000,000 or less that I create while serving as a volunteer for the Reginal D. Jones Scholarship Fund (i.e. generate US$10,000,000.00 in sales account receivables; earn US$400,000.00) unless applicants select the 96/4 or 92/8 option. In those instances, I will be compensated 0.7% of the total funds raised from that particular account (i.e. generate US$1,000,000.00 in sales account receivables; earn US$7,000.00).

 
I understand that my services are greatly appreciated and believe that the 4% compensation plan is adequate and will satisfy part, if not all, of my financial needs while volunteering my time and energy to Reginal D. Jones and the Scholarship Fund that he represents. I understand that I am only obligated to generate sales account receivables totaling $_______________ (the amount circled above). In addition, I agree to pay any and all court costs and legal fees incurred by Reginal D. Jones in an attempt to collect the aforementioned.

I understand that I will have twelve (12) months to reach my goal; at which time, my service period will cease and I will be held liable for the agreed upon amount. Depending on the percentage of sales account receivables generated (at least 70%), I understand that I will have the opportunity to renew my contract. Additionally, I understand that Reginal D. Jones reserves the right to terminate the volunteer service period at any time; in such an event, the remainder of the contracts must be returned without delay. Failure to do so will result in my being held personally accountable and legal action being taken.

Likewise, I understand that the individual presentation is the sole property of Reginal D. Jones and is not to be reprocessed or duplicated without the written consent of Reginal D. Jones of the Reginal D. Jones Scholarship Fund @ www.AmbitionsInc.com. The presentation shall not be used for any purpose other than that which is intended by Reginal D. Jones of the Reginal D. Jones Scholarship Fund @ www.AmbitionsInc.com.

Millennium Clause
I will not take part in the establishment or cooperate operation of an entity such as or similar to the Reginal D. Jones Scholarship Fund Volunteer Services Program without the written consent of Reginal D. Jones, founder of Ambitions Inc. @ www.AmbitionsInc.com.

In the event that I do, I understand that Reginal D. Jones of the Reginal D. Jones Scholarship Fund @ AmbitionsInc.com is entitled to 60% of the gross profit of the firm (if applicant is an owner), gross income (if applicant receives or retains compensation), or both in the event that the applicant is an owner and receives or retains compensation.

I have enclosed:
(  ) $10M: a US$3,995.00 nonrefundable deposit and would like to  receive ten(10)  US$1,000,000.00 contracts, ten(10) US$500,000.00 contracts, and an individual sales presentation.

(  ) $20M:  a US$6,999.00 nonrefundable deposit and  would like to  receive twenty(20)  US$1,000,000.00 contracts, twenty(20) US$500,000.00 contracts,  and an individual sales presentation.

(  ) $50M:  a US$9,995.00 nonrefundable deposit and would like to  receive twenty(20)  US$1,000,000.00 contracts, twenty(20) US$500,000.00 contracts, five(5) US$10,000,000.00 contracts (of which I am only entitled to 30% of the US$3,995.00 nonrefundable deposit), and an individual sales presentation.

(  ) $100M:  a US$11,995.00 nonrefundable deposit and would like to  receive ten(10)  US$1,000,000.00 contracts, ten(10) US$500,000.00 contracts, ten(10) US$10,000,000.00 contracts (of which I am only entitled to 30% of the US$3,995.00 nonrefundable deposit), and an individual sales presentation.

(  ) $500M:  a US$25,995.00 nonrefundable deposit and would like to  receive twenty(20)  US$1,000,000.00 contracts, twenty(20) US$500,000.00 contracts, ten(10) US$10,000,000.00 contracts (of which I am only entitled to 30% of the US$3,995.00 nonrefundable deposit), five(5) US$100,000,000.00 contracts (of which I am only entitled to 30% of the US$11,995.00 nonrefundable deposit), and an individual sales presentation.

(  ) $1.0B:  a US$34,995.00 nonrefundable deposit and would like to  receive twenty(20)  US$1,000,000.00 contracts, twenty(20) US$500,000.00 contracts, ten(10) US$10,000,000.00 contracts (of which I am only entitled to 30% of the US$3,995.00 nonrefundable deposit), ten(10) US$100,000,000.00 contracts (of which I am only entitled to 30% of the US$11,995.00 nonrefundable deposit),  and an individual sales presentation.

This indenture represents a R.D. Jones sales account receivable. The applicant profits with every transaction. The applicant understands that we don't get paid until he/she gets paid. Also, approval is guaranteed. Our system is designed so that the applicant earns cash daily.

Volunteers will not be treated as employees for the purposes of federal income tax withholding and FICA tax.
